Hi there, who has tips and tricks on discovering whether sushi is fresh or not (without eating it of course 😅)

  Hi - I personally think one of the best ways is to order sashimi, and check the smell. If it smells funny, it is funny. In a sushi roll that is harder to do, hence the best is to test the sashimi.
